Huntsville, AL - March 3, 2026 - ATRX announces a leadership transition, in which John Bergmans will assume the role of CEO. This transition comes as former CEO Felix Bustos III exits from this position to General Partner at Stardeck Ventures where they primarily invest in dual-use space technologies.
ATRX is grateful for Felix’s leadership, vision, and guidance during his tenure as CEO. He catalyzed ATRX’s participation in the Techstars Space 2024 and Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs 2025 business accelerators, and his tireless engagement with U.S. Government, venture capital and aerospace industry leaders has positioned ATRX well for future growth and development.
